How to Order:
If you are interested in the XML API’s you have the choice of either implementing a DHL-certified Third party vendor module or developing your own solution.

Option 1:
If you choose to develop your own solution will need to have your application certified by XML API support but can opt / specify what features (or limitations) your application will be certified under. Vendors will need to certify to the full set of requirements in order to have their solution recognized as a DHL-certified third party vendor module.

If you want to implement a third party vendor module you will be granted production access to those API's for which that module has been certified.
