As a part of the larger restructuring announced by DHL on Monday, November 10,2008 DHL Express regretfully announces the elimination of the domestic product ShipReady™.
Effective January 30, 2009, we no longer accept ShipReady product for transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for any unused portion of ShipReady product; please contact the ShipReady Desk at 1-800-514-0351, Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm CST, or email
cs.shipready@dhl.com
. The original ShipReady order number is needed for the ShipReady Desk to process and issue a refund.
After speaking with a ShipReady representative, please send the unused ShipReady product to the address below via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The ShipReady Desk will credit the USPS shipping costs incurred to send the unused product. Only shipping charges from the USPS will be refunded after proof of such is sent with the return product.
