The standard rates for the new time definite services in this guide (DHL EXPRESS 9:00, DHL EXPRESS 12:00, DHL IMPORT EXPRESS 10:30, DHL IMPORT EXPRESS 12:00) are effective from Oct. 11, 2010.

The standard rates for existing services in this guide are still applicable throughout 2010 (since Jan 4, 2010).
