DHL eTrack

DHL eTrack can track up to 50 express shipments at any one time and operates on any email-enabled device, whether it is a PC, mobile phone or handheld device.

Thanks to our efficient tracking systems, we will reply with exact status for all shipments within minutes in your own language.

How do I use DHL eTrack?

Create an email and enter your waybill number(s) in the contents--up to 50 at a time. If you've received an email containing the waybill number you want to track, forward it to DHL and our system will automatically find it within the text and send you a reply.
Address the email to track@dhl.com. To send the results to other people, enter their email addresses in the CC field.
Send the message and receive the results via return email within seconds.

All you need to get started is an email application that runs on a PC or other email-enabled device such as a mobile phone or personal organizer and an ISP or network connection.

DHL Interactive Voice Response

Track express shipments from any touch-tone phone anytime from anywhere in the world.

How does it work?

Dial DHL's toll free number, 1-800-CALL DHL (1-800-225-5345), listen to the prompts and press 2 for shipment tracking.
Simply key in your waybill number and get information on your shipment a few moments later. You will be provided options to choose how to be notified of shipment delivery.
If you need help, simply press 0 or say representative at any time. Your call will be instantly transferred to a DHL Customer Service Representative, along with any information you have already keyed in, so you don't have to do it all again.

HTML Tracking

Embed DHL’s web coding language into your application and use the “get method” to submit requests for tracking. Enable your customers to track their DHL Express shipments while visiting your website.

Please note: Any change to DHL's tracking application may cause your application to fail, so please use this option at your own risk. DHL reserves the right to change the tracking application as necessary.

The following HTML tracking sample enables you to insert a single waybill number into a tracking field and submit the request via your existing web page. This link takes you to the DHL tracking screen, automatically populating the shipment information.

Utilizing the query string method, you can request the tracking pages without having to manually enter the numbers within the browser page.

Please note: URL tracking is not available for Tracking by Number with Email Reply.
