You can take advantage of On Demand Delivery as a Guest User or Register for additional benefits, such as setting preferences for all future deliveries.

Guest User

As a guest user, you can choose one of up to six different delivery options while your shipments are en route:
  • Choose Your Delivery Date
  • Authorize a Signature Release
  • Leave with a Neighbor, Leasing Office or Security Guard
  • Collect from DHL ServicePoint or Locker
  • Delivery to an Alternate Address
  • Put Your Deliveries on a Vacation Hold

Registered User

As a registered user, you’ll enjoy all of the above options when a shipment is en route, plus you can set a delivery preference for future shipments by choosing one of three options that best suits your lifestyle:

Authorize Signature Release - Allow us to deliver without requiring a signature

Leave with a Neighbor, Leasing Office or Security Guard - If you won’t be home, enjoy peace of mind knowing future shipments are safely delivered to a reliable surrogate

Collect from a DHL ServicePoint or Locker - Take advantage of the added flexibility of picking up future shipments at a convenient location
Once registered, you will be able to use our web portal to quickly and easily view details of all your shipments, as well as track their status and manage your delivery options – all in one place.

While it is always our intention to honor your preferences, we can't guarantee this will be possible in all cases (for example, if the shipper has restricted the option). If we can't, we'll notify you and you'll be able to make another choice for that shipment, or take delivery without change
