To ensure that we continue to guarantee you the industry’s highest-quality international service performance, a competitive rate increase for U.S. account holders will take effect on January 1, 2018. Shipping rates for DHL Express international services will increase by an average of 4.9%.

- Address Correction will increase from $14 per shipment to $15 per shipment
- Change of Billing will increase from $14 per shipment to $15 per shipment
- Residential Delivery will increase from $3.85 per shipment to $4.15 per shipment
- Dangerous Goods will increase from $95.50 per shipment to $98.25 per shipment
- Dry Ice UN1845 will increase from $5.00 per shipment to $5.25 per shipment
- Lithium Ion (PI-965, Section II) will increase from $95.50 per shipment to $98.25 per shipment
- Remote Area Delivery will increase from $0.34 per lb. with a minimum of $34 per shipment to $0.36 per lb. with a minimum of $36 per shipment
- Remote Area Pickup will increase from $0.68 per kg. with a minimum of $34 per shipment to $0.72 per kg. with a minimum of $36 per shipment
- Non-Standard Shipment Charges:
- Non-Stackable Pallet will increase from $135 per shipment to $195 per shipment
- Oversize Piece (OSP) will increase from $72.50 per shipment to $89 per shipment
- Over Weight Piece (OWP) will now be called Oversize Piece (OSP) and will increase from $72.50 per shipment to $89 per shipment
- Saturday Pickup and Saturday Delivery will now include $0.50 per kg. with a minimum of $50 per shipment.
- Consumer Goods ID8000 is a new Dangerous Goods surcharge applied for shipments containing consumer goods such as perfumes, aftershaves, aerosols, nail varnish and prescription medicines as covered by the IATA ID8000 section and packed in a form intended for retail sale and shipped to private individuals. A charge of $23 per shipment will apply.
