File a Claim with DHL Express

At DHL, we take great pride in the fact that you have chosen us to be your global express service provider. As the International Specialists, we help you navigate the entire shipping process – and unfortunately, sometimes that can include having to file a claim regarding a service irregularity.
If your shipment is lost, damaged, missing content, or it arrived later than the published delivery commitment, you will need to complete the correct corresponding claim form to ensure that DHL has all relevant information necessary to process your claim and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Please be advised that under the DHL claim policy, the right to submit a cargo claim belongs to one of two parties: the bill-to party (DHL account holder) or, in certain cases, the shipper. Normally it is up to the bill-to party to file any claim with DHL.
