If your shipment is missing content, lost, damaged or arrived later than the published delivery commitment, the correct claim form must be completed. The correct claim form will ensure we have the necessary information to process the claim as quickly as possible.
Claim: Missing Content, Lost or Damaged
Shipments where one of these circumstances apply, please read the following information and complete a claim form for missing content, lost or damaged. The claim must be submitted by the party that owns the claim rights (usually the shipper) otherwise written authorization from that party (termed a “release”) is required.
Service Claim: Late Arrival
A service claim is for shipments that have been received but arrived later than the published delivery commitment. Approved service claim refunds or credits are provided to the United States payer (usually the shipper).
