What is DHL Online Billing?

Online Billing with DHL is the fastest, easiest way to receive and pay your invoices. Designed for customers who want to eliminate time-consuming paperwork and can't support a complex Electronic Data Interchange billing environment. It combines the convenience of an online interface with the speed and security of credit card or bank transfer payments.
  • Receive email notification of new invoices, including key details such as invoice amount and due date
  • View invoice and shipment details
  • Review payment history online
  • Choose payment via credit card or bank funds transfer
  • Select individual line items on your invoice for further research
  • Pay invoices from work, from home, from anywhere
Online Billing is a secure system within the DHL website. You will need an existing DHL Express account number in order to register for Online Billing.
If you are registered to ship online with DHL Express, simply provide your DHL Express account number and the corresponding postal code.

If you do not currently have a login to ship online and have a DHL Express account, please complete the quick registration form to create a user ID and password. Go to your profile page and click the Register link under Online Billing to setup your account.

If you choose to pay by credit card you will be converted to online invoices immediately pending approval of your credit card.
If you choose secure bank funds transfer, you should receive your first online invoice in about 10-15 days from the completion of registration. (Any paper invoices you receive during the setup process should be paid by check, to the address listed on the paper invoice you received.)
On the Open invoices tab, select the invoice you want to pay, and then click the Schedule payment(s) link.
The Automatic Payment feature enables payment of your invoices automatically on the due date. Funds are drafted from your checking account or credit card on the date the invoice payment is due.
You can dispute the charges for an individual shipment, or entire invoice. On the Open Invoice tab you can click on the Dispute link and you are able to dispute an entire invoice.
If you click into an invoice and click on the Dispute link, you can dispute individual shipments associated with that invoice. This gives you the option to dispute entire or partial invoices. In either case you will be prompted to provide a dispute reason that will be communicated to DHL Customer Service.
You can change your email address and password on your Profile page. Your login ID cannot be changed.

What is DHL EzyBill?

EzyBill is an environmentally friendly solution and easy to use web-based tool that enables you to manage your DHL invoices real-time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With EzyBill, you will enjoy instant access to summary and detailed invoice data, including related shipment images such as waybills, commercial invoices and other customs documentation. It is a paperless, faster and more up-to-date way of keeping track of your financial transactions with DHL.
  • View and download copies of all invoices, including corresponding PDF and TIF documentation
  • Download invoice and shipment transaction data in spreadsheet format
  • Query and submit disputes in real time at the invoice level
  • Designate a Company Administrator to create new logins for multiple internal users
  • Access invoice and shipment documentation images for up to 12 months
  • You can view both the DHL Custom Duty Invoice and corresponding entry documentation
To get started with DHL EzyBill, please complete the online registration form to obtain a user ID and password.
You will need the following details to register for EzyBill:
      1.  A valid email address
      2.  Your DHL account number(s)

You will need Internet access, a web browser and Adobe Acrobat Reader. DHL recommends using Internet Explorer 6.0 or FireFox 1.0 and above to access EzyBill.
Yes, EzyBill supports simultaneous access by multiple users over the Internet.
No, user login credentials are unique and do not allow other users and/or companies to access to your account information. We take utmost care to preserve the privacy of our customer data. We will not share your profile information with any other users or companies.
It is your responsibility to keep your logon credentials confidential and secure. Please notify the DHL EzyBill Administrator immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your user ID and/or password.
Yes, all of your billing accounts with DHL Express attached to a SAP account can be linked to a specific user delegated by the primary user.
Yes, DHL ensures the security of the customer data by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology for communication. All transactions made with EzyBill use SSL when transferring data.
No, unfortunately, EzyBill does not facilitate the online payment of invoice charges. The DHL Online Billing tool does support online payment of DHL invoices.
