Due to the recent developments related to the Influenza A (H1N1), please be assured that DHL Express
continues to operate as normal. All ground and air activities are fully operational. At this time, no
restrictions for shipments to and from Mexico have been applied. In fact, the Mexican Government has
deemed that transportation services are a critical component for relief efforts and therefore DHL Express
continues to assist and operate as normal.

DHL Express has taken all precautionary measures to ensure we continue to service your business without
any disruption. To ensure this delivery promise to you, DHL Express has put in place a contingency plan.
This plan includes contingency routing of our airplanes and cross-border ground transportation from our
most adjacent network locations.

Please be advised that in accordance with the DHL Terms and
Conditions, service guarantees will not apply for areas affected by
a tropical storm or hurricane.

In addition, the World Health Organisation and the United States Center for Disease Control and
Prevention determined that an infection is not spread through contact with packages or mail, based on
previous experience with the the SARS epidemic and Avian Influenza. Therefore, special handling beyond
our normal careful service of your cargo will not be necessary at this time.
