Due to the recent developments related to the Influenza A (H1N1), please be assured that DHL Express

This plan includes contingency routing of our airplanes and cross-border ground transportation from our

Conditions, service guarantees will not apply for areas affected by
a tropical storm or hurricane.

In addition, the World Health Organisation and the United States Center for Disease Control and
Prevention determined that an infection is not spread through contact with packages or mail, based on
previous experience with the the SARS epidemic and Avian Influenza. Therefore, special handling beyond
our normal careful service of your cargo will not be necessary at this time.
