Non-document Shipments to Private Individuals
in Russia

Effective immediately, DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE Non-document (e.g. dutiable)
shipments addressed to private individuals are temporarily restricted to all
destinations in Russia. This is due to recent changes in customs clearance
procedures for all express carriers.
We are working closely with the Association of Express Carriers (AEC), an
independent industry body which represents the major international and Russian
providers of express logistics services, to resolve current delays as quickly
as possible.
