| Yes, as of March 29th, 2009, you will notice some slight changes to the DHL global standard shipment label produced in WebShip/CorporateShip. This change is part of an overall program to standardize our processes, products and services on a global scale to significantly improve DHL’s international service and your ability to track packages! This change corresponds with other adjustments made to the shipment preparation screen and address book in WebShip/CorporateShip. Please click here for a sample of the old and new labels. |

DHL WebShip/CorporateShip shipping labels are displayed for printing as an Adobe Acrobat pop-up. If a customers’ browser uses a pop-up blocker, they will need to disable this feature to view and print their DHL shipping label.
If your customer has problems printing a shipping label, please advise them to first attempt to disable their pop-up blocker prior to contact the DHL service desk.
Additionally, if you experience difficulties with the sides of the label being cut off when printing; verify that Page Scaling is turned off. To confirm:
- Choose print from the File menu Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Under Page Handling, select “None” for Page Scaling
- Select Print
