It's important to remember that ProView is not retro-active. If you just registered today, shipments that you have already sent will not show up in your ProView profile. The next time shipments are manifested, they will appear in ProView (generally 24 hours for most customers).
If it has been more than 24 hours and you still do not have any visibility to your shipments, click on edit accounts in the left hand navigation after logging into ProView to ensure that your account(s) have been registered in ProView.
If it has been more than 24 hours and you have registered accounts that have recent shipment activity, please call the technical help desk at 1-800-527-7298. |

| Click on edit accounts in the left hand navigation after logging into ProView. From this page, you can either add account numbers one by one, or import a file with all the account numbers you wish to monitor. |

| Access the Proview information page and click on View ProView Demo. This will take you through a brief online demo that will explain all the features and benefits of ProView. |

| To get notifications on only select shipments, click on the check box to the left of the shipment number(s) in ProView, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on override selected items. This pop-up will allow you to set notifications for just the shipments that you have selected. |

| Yes. Click on the download list link at the bottom of the ProView detail page. Any filters that you have applied to the data will also be reflected in your download. |
