Vacation
All regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible to take vacation after completing six months of regular service. Vacation accrues on an hourly
basis each pay period and is based on years of service and hours paid, except overtime hours.
All regular full-time and part-time employees
are eligible for six designated holidays and all full-time employees are eligible for five
floating holidays each calendar year.
As a regular full-time or part-time employee,
you accrue sick pay hours that you can use for time away from work for a non-work related
injury or illness or health-related appointments.
