Install DHL EasyShip® Professional on your PC and process your international shipments quickly, offline, without a constant Internet connection to DHL servers. DHL EasyShip® Professional is a complete, stand-alone shipping solution designed for medium-volume shippers who prefer to use their own computer hardware.
DHL EasyShip Professional
EasyShip® Professional is a software-only shipping solution that can work offline, without a constant Internet connection to DHL servers. EasyShip® Professional automates the entire shipping process from printing waybills to tracking shipments and printing management reports. It also provides batch integration via data import/export utilities and real-time ODBC integration through DHL DB Connect utility. EasyShip Professional supports a full suite of DHL International products and value-added services.
DHL EasyShip® Professional is provided on CD for installation on your own PC hardware. A DHL Sales Representative must pre-approve your use of DHL EasyShip® Professional and order it for you.
DHL EasyShip® Professional is intended for customers with monthly shipping volume of 200 or more packages.

This product offers a number of special features:
Fast and Easy Installation Process -The EasyShip installation process has been improved with the addition of enhanced status messages, and a wizard to guide users through the set-up process.
AES Functionality - EasyShip® Professional includes Automated Export System (AES) functionality to meet government regulations requiring full electronic pre-departure filing of all export Electronic Export Information (EEI) by the shipper.
Connectivity Options - Easily interfaces with your computer systems to import/export shipment or consignee data. Provides batch integration via data import and export utilities or real-time integration via DHL DB Connect utility. Quickly update consignee information or download shipment information for printing shipping labels.
Rating and Service Estimates - Shipment cost and service estimates can be displayed on the screen for each shipment, helping your shipping department make more informed decisions.
Data Import/Export Capabilities - Easily interfaces with your computer systems to import/export shipment or consignee data. Provides batch integration via data import and export utilities or real-time integration via DHL DB Connect utility. Quickly update consignee information or download shipment information for printing shipping labels.
Consignee Mailing List - Store an unlimited number of consignees in the system for easy retrieval of address information. Also store groups of consignees for easy batch printing of payroll, promotional kits and more.
Reporting - Your shipment history can accumulate over an unlimited period of time, providing you with a database from which you can print activity reports of your usage. Access shipment history by screen or report and use the information to plan and manage your business.
Tracking - Track shipments by waybill number or customer reference number within DHL EasyShip® Professional and provide accurate shipment status to your customers. Also send email notification of shipments to your customers and reduce related customer service calls.

  • DHL EasyShip Professional CD (hardware is not provided).
  • Microsoft® Windows Vista, Windows XP Professional (SP2), Windows XP Home Edition or Windows 2000 (SP4).
  • Some MS Windows operating systems require administrator rights to install this software)
  • IBM compatible PC with a Pentium® class processor running at 733 MHz or higher (Recommended: Pentium class processor rated at 2.4 GHz or higher.)
  • 256MB RAM (512MB RAM recommended)
  • 700MB available HD space
  • 8X or higher CD-ROM drive
  • VGA monitor with screen resolution of 1024 x 768 is recommended
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
  • Thermal label printer or Windows compatible PostScript laser printer for printing shipping labels
  • Laser printer for printing reports (Windows compatible)
  • High-speed Internet (recommended) or dial-up Internet access
