DHL EasyShip Enterprise
Put a high-performance integrated application to work for you. With DHL EasyShip® Enterprise and real-time integration, you can process thousands of shipments a day with little or no manual data entry. Designed for large-volume shippers, DHL EasyShip® Enterprise supports multiple client shipping stations with a single integrated server and links to your in-house systems via ODBC, JDBC or XML messaging. Onsite software installation and integration are included for qualified shippers.
DHL EasyShip Enterprise
DHL EasyShip® Enterprise is a high-performance shipping software which supports multi-client shipping environment. Peripherals, such as thermal label printers, laser report printer, scales and barcode scanners are available.
DHL EasyShip® Enterprise is intended for customers with monthly shipping volume of 5,000 or more packages across all user clients.
DHL EasyShip® Enterprise offers many valuable features:
  • EasyShip Enterprise will run on Microsoft Windows® 2000/2003/2008 server platform
  • Client/user interface can run on Microsoft Windows® Vista, Windows 2000/2003/2008 or Windows XP
  • Server integration options include: Batch, JDBC, ODBC or XML messaging
  • High-availability solutions can be configured per customer demand

Connectivity Options - Easily interfaces with your computer systems through several different methods:
  • Batch data import and export
  • Real-time connection to your order or shipment database via ODBC/JDBC
  • Per transaction messaging using XML via Socket or HTTP
AES Functionality - EasyShip® Professional includes Automated Export System (AES) functionality to meet government regulations requiring full electronic pre-departure filing of all export Electronic Export Information (EEI) by the shipper.
Rating and Service Estimates - Shipment cost and service estimates can be displayed on the screen for each shipment, helping your shipping department make more informed decisions.
Tracking - Track shipments by waybill number or customer reference number within DHL EasyShip® Enterprise and provide accurate shipment status to your customers. Also send email notification of shipments to your customers and reduce related customer service calls.
Reporting - Your shipment history is available, providing you with a database from which you can print activity reports of your usage. Access shipment history by screen or report and use the information to plan and manage your business.
Consignee Mailing List - Store an unlimited number of consignees in the system for easy retrieval of address information. Also store groups of consignees for easy batch printing of payroll, promotional kits and more.
Integration and Training - A DHL Engineer will assist you with enabling DHL EasyShip® Enterprise at your site, integrate it with your host systems as required and ensure that you receive all needed training.
