DHL EasyShip® Connect
Install DHL EasyShip® Connect on your PC and ship from the U.S. to any international destination. DHL EasyShip® Connect is a compact software shipping solution for your PC that relies on Internet communication with DHL servers to perform all shipping functions. Designed for low-volume shippers, it automates your entire shipping process and includes screen customization and integration features not available in Web-based solutions.
DHL EasyShip® Connect
DHL EasyShip® Connect is a software application available to download for installation on your own PC hardware. A DHL account number is required and installation typically takes 10-15 minutes, including time for custom configurations and printer setup. DHL technical assistance and support are typically not needed.

This product offers many valuable features:
Fast and Easy Installation Process - The EasyShip installation process has been improved with the addition of enhanced status messages and a wizard to guide users through the set-up process.
AES Functionality - EasyShip® Connect includes Automated Export System (AES) functionality to meet government regulations requiring full electronic pre-departure filing of Electronic Export Information (EEI) by the shipper.
Connectivity Options - Easily interfaces with your computer systems to import/export shipment or consignee data. Provides batch integration via data import and export utilities or real-time integration via DHL DB Connect utility. Quickly update consignee information or download shipment information for printing shipping labels.
Rating and Service Estimates - Shipment cost and service estimates can be displayed on the screen for each shipment, helping your shipping department make more informed decisions.
Data Import/Export Options - Easily interfaces with your computer systems to import/export shipment or consignee data. Provides batch integration via data import and export utilities. Quickly update consignee information or download shipment information for printing shipping labels.
Consignee Mailing List - Store an unlimited number of consignees in the system for easy retrieval of address information. Also store groups of consignees for easy batch printing of payroll, promotional kits and more.
Reporting - Your shipment history can accumulate over an unlimited period of time, providing you with a database from which you can print activity reports of your usage. Access shipment history by screen or report and use the information to plan and manage your business.
Tracking - Track shipments by waybill number or customer reference number within DHL EasyShip® Connect and provide accurate shipment status to your customers. Also send email notification of shipments to your customers and reduce related customer service calls.

System Requirements:
  • DHL EasyShip® Connect download (Hardware is not provided).
  • DHL account number – Call 1-800-CALL-DHL to request an account number if you don’t have it already have one.
  • Microsoft Windows® Vista, Windows XP Professional, XP Home Edition or Windows 2000 (SP4).
  • Pentium® class processor rated 733 MHz or higher (Recommended: Pentium class processor rated at 2.4 GHz or higher)
  • 256 MB RAM (Recommend 512 MB)
  • 700 MB available HD space
  • 8X or higher CD-ROM drive
  • Screen resolution of 1024 x 768 is recommended
  • Thermal Label Printer or Windows Compatible Postscript Laser Printer for printing shipping labels
  • Windows PostScript compatible laser printer for reports
  • High-speed Internet (recommended) or dial-up Internet access through dedicated modem lines
