Delivery Details
Delivery details are available at no charge through DHL’s GlobalTrack, via phone, DHL provided software, or EasyShip. Delivery details are also available by speaking directly with any of our customer service agents.
Document Preparation
If you would like help with the paperwork that must accompany your domestic or international dutiable shipments, DHL can complete the forms for you at an additional charge. Service can include any documents required to send your shipment such as waybills, commercial invoices, certificate of origin, and legal or banking documents, among others.
Neutral Delivery Service
Convenient option to send a shipment directly to an international consignee and keep the declared value of the shipment confidential. Contact your local representative for details or to arrange a shipment.
Saturday Pickup & Delivery

Shipment Value Protection
Arrange for shipment value protection by simply checking the box marked "Shipment Value Protection" on your DHL waybill and entering the declared value. Shipment value protection covers the actual cash value in respect of loss or physical damage to the contents of the shipment.
